Pricing is based upon use by a maximum of four persons in two bedrooms.

To use three bedrooms with a maximum of six persons add:
Year round except July and August: € 225,- per week.
July and August: € 275,- per week.

All prices include - with the exception of the winter - cost of water and energy.

Cleaningcosts are € 100,-.

It is possible to heat the pool to a water temperature of around 27 degrees celsius, a normal water temperature.
Add € 150,- for the first week and every next week € 125,-

Optional: Package of 2 beach towels. First week: € 20,- and every next week € 5,-. Cleaning of the towels is your own responsibility.

Wireless internet is available for free.

Security deposit: 300 Euro per booking

Reservations are made out in a contract, which obliges you to pay the security deposit at once; it also serves as reservation fee. 2 Months before arrival the full rental fee is to be paid. If payment is not received before start of the rental period you do not have access to the house.

Cancellation

Until 4 months prior to arrival: 50 euros administration fee.
Between 4-2 months prior to arrival: the deposit of 300 euros.
2 months or less prior to arrival or during your stay: the full rental sum as agreed.

Payment

Payment preferabely by bank transfer, but use of a creditcard via Paypal is possible too.
